Many of the questions we get asked are quite common so we’ve put together some helpful answers that might speed things up for you…
Q1: Does the Glenview Hotel have a pool?
A1: Yes, the Glenview Hotel has an 18m heated indoor pool. There is also an outdoor hot tub. Children must be accompanied by an adult and are welcome to use the pool until 7 pm. The pool is reserved for adults only after 7 pm.
Q2: Does the Glenview Hotel have a Spa?
A2: No, the Glenview Hotel does not have a spa on-site. We have a selection of beauty treatments on-site in our Leisure Club called the Haven. Check here for details on the treatments available.
Q3: What time is The Restaurant open?
A3: Breakfast is served in The Woodlands Restaurant from 7.00 am until 10 am midweek and from 8.00 am until 10.30 am on weekends. Lunch is served Monday to Friday from 12.30 pm to 3. oo pm and Saturday and Sunday from 01.00 pm to 3.00 pm. Dinner is served in The Woodlands Restaurant between 5:30 pm and 9 pm daily. Q4: What time is check-in at the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club?
A4: Guests can check in to the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club from 4 pm.
Q5: What time is check-out at the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club?
A5: We request that guests vacate their rooms by 12 noon.
Q6: Does the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club have a gym?
A6: Yes, the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club offers leisure facilities including a gym, pool, and outdoor hot tub.
Q7: Does the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club take families and children?
A7: Yes, the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club is family-friendly. We offer Family Rooms, Interconnecting Rooms, Adjacent Rooms, and Suites for families.
Q8: Where is the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club located?
A8: The Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club is located right in the heart of the Glen of the Downs only 20 minutes from Dublin.
Q9: How long are the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club vouchers valid?
A9: The Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club vouchers are valid for 5 years from the time of purchase. There will be an extension to vouchers that have been affected by Covid19 closures.
Q10: Does the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club take dogs?
A10: Unfortunately the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club does not accommodate pets, however, we would be happy to assist with recommendations for local kennels. The hotel does accommodate guide dogs, we just request that you notify us at booking time if you have a guide dog.
Q11: Does the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club have bikes?
A11:No, the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club has no bikes available but they can be organised locally. Our reception team will be delighted to assist.
Q12: Does the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club have Electric Vehicle Chargers?
A12: Yes, the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club has 1 Electric Vehicle Charger.
Q13: What is the cancellation policy at the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club?
A13: Most reservations have a free 48-hour cancellation policy in place. There are some occasions where an alternative policy is clearly communicated with a specific offer.
Q14 Is breakfast included in my reservation at the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club?
A14: This will depend on the rate and package that you have booked. Breakfast is served in The Woodlands from 07:30 – 10:00 am M-F and 08.00 to 10.30 am Sat & Sun and holiday periods and bank holidays.
Q15: Are there power adaptors in my bedroom at the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club?
A15: No, but power adaptors are available from Reception and are suitable for guests from North America or Europe.
Q16: Do bedrooms at the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club have air conditioning?
A16: No bedrooms do not have air conditioning but have windows that open.
Q17: Is Wi-Fi available at the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club?
A17: Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge. You can connect many devices to the internet.
Q18: Do all bedrooms have separate baths and showers at the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club?
A18: No. Only our Superior King Rooms & Suites offer separate baths and walk-in showers.
Q19: What if I want to be in the same corridor as my friends or business colleagues?
A19: If you are traveling with others, our team would be happy to arrange rooms in the same corridor where possible. Please contact reception in advance of your stay for any special requests, we would be delighted to assist.
